Bad Bunny triumphed with a historic seven wins, including the coveted Artist of the Year and Album of the Year for Debi Tirar Mas Fotos at the 2025 Ritmo Latino Entertainment Awards. The awards ceremony, which was set to be held live at the Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan, switched to a fully digital format to adapt to last-minute scheduling changes, but that didn’t diminish its star power.
Telemundo’s 9AM broadcast saw the Latin music community come together to celebrate the industry’s best, with Karol G winning Favorite Female Artist and Favorite Touring Artist after her record-breaking Mañana Será Bonito World Tour. Taylor Swift also bagged the title of Favorite International Artist, capping off an incredible year for the global megastar.
Other highlights included Shakira’s Favorite Pop Artist win, thanks to her collaboration with Grupo Frontera, and the rise of independent acts Kedward Avilés, Samuel Mancini, and Eric West, who claimed major accolades in the indie music scene.
