President Biden plans to address the nation Wednesday from the Oval Office about his decision to exit the presidential race and endorse Vice President Harris as the Democratic nominee. During the speech, scheduled for 8 p.m. Eastern time, Biden is also expected to detail his priorities for the remaining months of his presidency. Harris delivered an address Wednesday to a gathering of the Zeta Phi Beta sorority in Indianapolis, telling roughly 6,000 Black women in attendance that their help is needed this election year. Former president Donald Trump plans to stage a rally this evening in Charlotte.
