Will it please everyone in your traveling party? Why on earth are room rates so preposterously high? The search alone is enough to make you give up entirely and hibernate until fall. But I’m here to help. I edit travel stories for T Magazine (and before that for The Wall Street Journal and Condé Nast Traveler). I’ve traveled extensively myself, from Madagascar to Myanmar, but just as important, I know journalists and travel advisers based around the world who I constantly ask for intel and recommendations.
