Elet has an upcoming album release “Smoke & Mirrors” and Elet sits down now to clear a few things up about his shady past. Elet admits now that he has been gambling in Las Vegas since the age of 19, and has rarely discussed this with anyone. Elet has also been caught driving without a license by the Flagstaff police at age 17, and had to give a brief court session to address the charges. Also admitted by Elet himself, there was much marijuana and tobacco use in his teenage years.
Elet recalls being called the dreaded “jailbait” at the age of 18 by a friend of a friend one late night and has tried to escape this label. The path wasn’t clear in his teenage years but he wanted to find a different path from a destructive path that he’s seen others being dragged-down-to. Elet has been ashamed of these things that have occurred in such a short time, since no one else around him has had quite the past as him, and has to admit he has no one to blame but himself.
Though this is now officially part of his history, Elet found a new venture in life that he couldn’t dream of in music, and has learned there is yet so much in life left to gain. Elet delved into the world of music, and found expression in making music. Listeners can listen to his music on his official YouTube channel (https://youtube.com/@eletofficial?si=72Klch0SDGbUb9_r), and Apple Music. Elet’s full album “Smoke & Mirrors” comes out in December, and if you stay subscribed, you won’t regret it. Elet has been writing all of his lyrics, melodies, and producing his own sound. He hasn’t always gotten along with studio producers in the past and they couldn’t deliver what Elet had in mind.
In 2022, Elet was interviewed by ABC15 news about his Navajo sung r&b album, “A Night Alone”, and delivered what hadn’t been delivered before. Yet Elet still has so much to clear about his past, along with secrets, and will decide when the time is right to address such topics. Elet doesn’t dwell on the past, and Elet will give what he’s got to the music world.
