President Biden is scheduled to host a Juneteenth concert on the South Lawn of the White House on Monday night ahead of next week’s federal holiday. Performers include Patti LaBelle and Gladys Knight. Biden signed bipartisan legislation in 2021 establishing Juneteenth as the nation’s 11th federal holiday.
