Harvest season is upon us. Prominent South Asians and friends celebrated Diwali at a black-tie gala on Oct. 22 at the Pierre, many in their brightest finery. Guests included Padma Lakshmi, Christian Louboutin and Pete Buttigieg.
Time magazine celebrated its Time100 Next list, which features rising stars in entertainment, business, sports, politics and other fields. Boldfaced names at Tuesday’s gala in Midtown Manhattan included Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly, who wore a corset and man bun.
And Creative Time and the Loewe Foundation held an intimate party on Oct. 20 at the Nines to celebrate the latest art installation by Charles Gaines. The art and fashion crowd nibbled on caviar and sipped Champagne all night.
