President Biden is scheduled to appear Friday at a conference in Washington hosted by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, a labor union that endorsed his 2024 reelection last year. It’s the latest attempt by Biden to bolster his support among blue-collar voters who will be key in several battleground states in November.
