Progressivism and its policies have turned from a trickle in American society into a flood in recent years. Luring Lady is a Conservative entrepreneur from Florida with her newest company being a tea brand, which focuses primarily on gourmet tea offerings. She also has an extensive history working in fine dining restaurants. Luring Lady is primarily known for her bold views on Instagram. There are three particular views that she takes a bold stance on.
Confronting a soft stance on LGBT issues
There has been a trend over the past two decades where people feel sorry for what has been done to other communities such as the LGBT community, and as a result they take a soft stance on their newest messages and propaganda. Essentially everything that the community is saying or promoting is okay now because of past injustices. This includes telling small children that it is okay to question their gender, with men dressing up as women hosting story times across the United States to promote this viewpoint. Luring Lady takes a bold stance against this logic, especially in regard to straight individuals who believe they should serve as talking heads for the LGBT community. Luring Lady compares this stance to white or Hispanic individuals trying to speak on behalf of black individuals and the issues they go through.
Cancel Culture
In a similar vein, Luring Lady takes a bold stance on cancel culture. She states on Youtube that members of the LGBT community do not get a pass to be disrespectful towards others who may disagree with their views on issues. Cancel culture is dangerous to society as a whole, in that suppressing the views of everyone else in favor of your own will only lead to more division and violence. It is completely fine to have a difference of opinion when it comes to certain issues, but when one side simply tries to humiliate and denigrate the other into agreeing with their views it leads to a breakdown in society, and that is exactly what is happening in the United States today.
Servant Leadership
The third view Luring Lady takes a bold stance on is servant leadership. Having spent much of her career in the fine dining industry, she has seen firsthand how important it is for companies to look out for their employees and not treat them as numbers. They should not only show a greater appreciation but also prioritize their feedback and the issues they bring to management and leaders within the organization. While the recent pandemic has played a role in current labor shortages, Luring Lady is not afraid to pinpoint the need for more servant leadership not only within the fine dining industry but in all industries.
